We’ll guide you through prep, but in general, we ask that the work area be clear of vehicles, debris, and obstacles. We take care of grading, base prep, and everything else.

You’ll typically need to wait 24 to 48 hours before driving on a fresh asphalt surface. We’ll give you exact timing based on weather and material conditions before we leave the site.

When installed right and maintained properly, asphalt can last 15–20 years or more. We use only MDOT-spec materials and proven techniques to help your pavement hold strong season after season.
